To do your Chakra Clearing more powerfully each day, we now need to also clear:
- All Chakra Energy Centres from the Crown Chakra right up to God/Source. You can do all of these at once with the chakra clearing movement, when cleared fill the area with White Universal Healing Energy and seal it off with a gentle tap.
- We also need to clear the knees, feet and hands. You can do them both together at once in each area, or if you have current health issues in these areas, do them individually.
